Hi Gcharang,

I still have some THC tokens in my Komodo Ocean Wallet, but I can’t get any active connections (peers) to synchronize it. Thus I can’t withdraw these THC tokens to any address or Exchange (Xeggex for example). The problem with synchronization actualy started from 29.Nov.2023. Then few days ago I tried Bootrstrap to resync my Komodo wallet, now it’s synchronized until 14.Feb.2024 but still no peers to fully snyc. Is there any solution to keep it synchronized?

If not, is it possible to extract the seed phrase / or Private key into “normal” Komodo desktop Wallet and then send my THC tokens from it? I was already trying to do that acording to your guides above but I was not successful. I think I need more help to do it.

I added all these nodes yesterday, but after 1 day still no active connections and no synchronization. My wallet’s last block is still on 14.Feb.2024 - which I got from bootstrap file.

What about SOCKS5 Proxy 127.0.0.1, Port 9050, used for reaching peers via IPV4, IPV6 and Tor?

Is there a possibility to import / export to desktop Komodo Wallet somehow?

Your system might be blocking the port used by the Komodo Ocean wallet for THC. It is 36789. You
can try to open it

If you know the addresses in which your coins are present, you can export their privkeys using the dumpprivkey command. You can then import the privkey in Komodo Wallet using the import custom seed option

I changed port to 36789 and now I finally get connections (1-2 peers). But the problem is that my wallet didn’t update not even for one day. It is still synchronized only until bootstrap date 14.Feb.2024 after 2 days beeing online.

So I tried another option by exporting from Komodo Ocean Wallet → to desktop Wallet. And it worked, thank you for your help. I just needed to find my five public addresses on Z-send, then to unlock my wallet for 120 seconds (walletpassphrase “my password” 120), to get private keys (dumpprivkey “my public address”). These private keys were imported to Komodo desktop wallet by “import custom seed” option. And from this Komodo wallet I was finally able to transfer THC tokens to Xeggex exchange.
