If you want to move your AtomicDEX data to a new computer and keep your settings you can copy the files from & to these locations:
Linux: ~/.atomic_qt
OSX: ~/Library/Application Support/AtomicDEX Desktop
Win: %AppData%\Roaming\atomic_qt\
The coins json file might be updated between versions, so you might need to do settings > general > reset wallet configuration to see the newly added ones if you did also upgrade to a new version. You will have to re-enable your activated coins after this, as only the default ones will be active.
